You retain ownership of content you submit but grant 2FullCups a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the operation of the Service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative of minors;
Contains nudity, graphic violence, threats, or harassment;
Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or abuse;
Includes profane or offensive language;
Violates any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, and we may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

5. Community Features

The Service includes community features such as following other users, reacting to recipes, commenting, and participating in groups. When you share a recipe to the community, it becomes publicly visible to all users. You may receive email notifications about activity related to your account, such as new comments, reactions, followers, and group invitations. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize recurring charges that renew automatically (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added based on your billing address. You may cancel at any time from Subscription & Billing in your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by 2FullCups, including branding, logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the property of 2FullCups and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without our express permission.

8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. While lists of ingredients are generally not protected by copyright, creative text, photographs, and other expressive content can be. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice” including:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
The URL(s) of the material on our Service you claim is infringing;
Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent identifying information to the same address.

9. User Content Disclaimer

User-generated content on 2FullCups.com is not reviewed or approved by us prior to publication. While we strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment, we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user content. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable, and you agree that 2FullCups is not liable for such content.

10. Privacy

2FullCups is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.
