Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to 2FullCups. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for our paid plans. Our free plan lets you use the core of the Service indefinitely, so you can try 2FullCups before ever paying.

1. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly, depending on the option you choose — and renew automatically until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time: go to Subscription & Billing in your dashboard and click Manage Subscription, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep all paid features until then. After that, your account moves to the free plan — your recipes and data are never deleted because a subscription ends.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly plans: charges are non-refundable once a billing period starts. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; you keep access through the end of the paid month.
  • Yearly plans: if you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of your initial yearly purchase and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, yearly charges are non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of the paid year if you cancel.
  • Billing mistakes: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled), contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a full refund of the erroneous charge.

4. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state (for example, cooling-off rights in the EU and UK). Where those laws grant you a broader refund right, that law applies.
