Kimchi Fried Rice
Bold, funky, and satisfying — the best use of day-old rice. Fermented kimchi adds a sour-spicy punch that makes every bite addictive.

Ingredients
- •2 cups day-old cooked rice
- •1 cup kimchi, chopped
- •2 tbsp kimchi juice
- •1 tbsp gochujang
- •1 tbsp sesame oil
- •1 tbsp soy sauce
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 eggs
- •3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Fry kimchi and garlic 2 min.
- 2Add gochujang and kimchi juice, stir-fry 1 min.
- 3Add rice, breaking up clumps. Toss over high heat 3–4 min.
- 4Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Make space, fry eggs sunny-side up.
- 5Plate rice topped with fried egg. Garnish with green onions.
